02.How the work runs

Design and build run at the same time

Four of us studied together. The fifth is my brother. Most studios this size are a founder plus whoever was available.

Nobody writes a spec for the person sitting next to them.

Nobody defends their part of the project. A design question gets answered by the developer the same hour, because the developer was already in the conversation.

We did not design that. It is what happens when there is nobody to hand off to.

03.Motion and 3D

Motion, 3D and explainer video

Most Webflow studios subcontract motion, or skip it and call the result clean. Andrii sits in the same team as the people building the site.

That covers scroll work and interface animation, and it goes well past them: animated explainers, logo animation and brand motion identity, kinetic typography, and 3D product work in Cinema 4D rendered with Octane and Redshift. Video editing, colour grading and sound design when a project needs finished film rather than a moving logo.

Source files ship with every project, both .aep and .c4d, so the work stays editable without us.

04.Where

Poland and Ukraine

Clients are in the United States, Europe, Australia and Israel. Our day overlaps the American morning and the Australian evening, which is most of what remote work actually asks of a studio.

We do not take work from Russia.

Projects we turn down

You are shopping for a corporate agency

An account layer between you and the work, a discovery phase that ends where the build should have started, a status call repeating last week's status call. Five people move at a different speed, and the founder is in the project every day. Anyone who wants the longer version of that will be happier elsewhere.

The product is not something you take seriously

We work with people who care how their product turns out. If the site is a box to tick before the quarter closes, and nobody minds much what it looks like when it goes up, somebody cheaper will tick it faster.
