We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679). Below: what data, why, and on what legal basis.

1. Data we collect

Enquiry data, what you type into the form on the contact page: your name, email address, a description of what you need, an optional budget range, and your preferred reply channel. If you choose WhatsApp or Telegram, that includes the phone number or handle you give us.

Anti-spam data, a hashed version of your IP address and the browser user agent string, both stored alongside the enquiry. The hash uses a private salt and cannot be reversed back into an address. We do not store raw IP addresses from the form. We use these two fields to rate-limit the form and to tell automated submissions from real ones.

Direct messages, whatever you send if you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram instead of using the form.

Technical logs, standard server logs needed to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for payment data on this site, and we do not run accounts or logins.

2. Legal basis and purposes

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), replying to your enquiry, scoping the work, preparing a proposal.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), spam prevention, site security, and keeping a record of past enquiries so we have context if you come back later.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), product analytics, if and when we enable them, loaded only after you opt in through the cookie banner.

Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), tax and accounting records, once an enquiry turns into paid work.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and is not transmitted to us.

We do not currently run product analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. If we add product analytics later, they will not load until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the day you send it, then deleted automatically. Agency enquiries often resume after a long gap, which is why the window is longer than a typical contact form.

Direct messages in email and messengers are kept while the conversation is useful to either side, and deleted on request.

Project and billing records, once we sign a contract, are retained for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the invoice was issued, in line with Polish tax law.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for tax purposes.

5. Data processors

Supabase

Database that stores enquiries (EU region, Frankfurt).

Notion

An internal copy of each enquiry, used by our team as a lightweight CRM.

Vercel

Hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

Some processors store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another mechanism permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, as well as to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact: blago.creative.agency@gmail.com

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
